Outguides and Charge Out Slips
This system easily flags files that have been removed from the system and reduces refilling times. The slips provide information regarding date removed and by whom and slide into small pocket on guide. Large pocket on guide holds information until file is returned. Standard color is red (other colors are available in quantity).
